"Somatic Peace for Social Courage" is the concept that we must have our physical health steady and functional in order to move forward with our goals, have confidence following through with boundaries that we set for others, and make every day decisions.
Somatic Peace is an umbrella term means you are friends with your body. More specifically, you no longer experience frequent stomach upsets, have a reasonable sleep routine, and have a good relationship with food and movement.
Social Courage means your internal thought life does not get in the way of you taking action to reach your goals, maintaining relationships with loved ones, and sticking up for yourself when needed.
Everyone's recovery is as individual as a fingerprint. Through my 1:1 work, we will actively working to reduce discomfort and dysregulation free from escapism, self-medication, workaholism, and perfectionism.
It is my life's goal to establish a larger social movement of people who are choosing to watch their physical health transform as they begin to advocate for their needs, express their emotions, and learn how to protect important relationships in their life.
By purchasing the tumbler and/or the tote you are empowered to be apart of the "Somatic Peace for Social Courage" social movement. Upon purchase, please book a discovery call with me so we can discuss how you can be apart of this incredible movement in your stage of life.
The tote and the tumbler are conversation starters, people will ask questions because both of these things are new concepts. The people that will grasp the heart behind this are (1) people with momentum in their personal recovery from addiction or trauma and (2) those committed to breaking unhealthy family cycles.
"Somatic Peace for Social Courage" will take additional explaining to people who have never lived in heightened state of stress - that is okay. Do not get discouraged, they are not the target audience for this movement. At some point they may become interested but in the meantime keep living life and let them ask as they observe the changes in the lives of those that really need this.

Context for Clinicians, Coaches, & Healers
I am a supporter of Intuitive Eating, celebrating Non-Scale Victories, Health At Every Size (HAES), and saying movement instead of exercise. Improving and maintaining physical health requires primary care physicians, family medicine, and a variety of specialists. This movement honors those things as absolutely necessary and I always encourage open and honest communication with all healthcare providers. The more open communication there is between people of different professions the more somatic peace people have.
Please schedule co-creator time with me to discuss how we coordinate to provide your patients/clients some extra somatic peace.
Hello! I am Katie Green. I work with neurodivergent women and adult women who grew up in a dysfunctional family. In this case, neurodivergent refers to autistic women, women with ADHD/ADD, learning differences, and sensory needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I schedule an appointment?
Click my Calendly link to a consultation and we will find what works best for you.
Where do you work?
I have flexibility in terms of work location. I may work virtually from home or go to clients. I am based in Irvine California and service six counties within Southern California. Since I am not in a clinical context I am able to go to homes, workplaces, or (when there is a release of information) I may join them for important take-care-of-life appointments such as psychiatry, DMV, meetings with their employer, etc. Also, since I am not licensed I am not limited to California residents only.
What theories do you draw from in your work?
Although I am non-clinical I do have extensive psychology education and have chosen theories that give a great frame of reference when working with others. These include, Rogerian (Humanistic), Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (specific ally self-soothing, distraction, and radical acceptance).
I have a loved one who might be interested what should I do next?
Thank you for reaching out! Before you complete the referral process here are a few things to keep in mind: Your loved one needs to be physically stable and already working with a therapist. There are deep topics around trauma history and family dynamics that need to be addressed by a licensed mental health clinician (LMFT, Social Workers, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor). If they are already seeing a licensed mental health clinician and need extra support implementing the skills learned in therapy in their relationships then you may share the website with them and they can choose to book a consultation.
What are co-creators?
Co-creators are people that I work with on a specific project such as work shop or training or event. Co-creators are professionals that would like me to join them as a guest in their space in front of their audience.
If you're interested in being a co-creator email me at email@example.com with your request.
